I can't believe that I received such service from POPULAR today, and specifically Toa Payoh HDB Hub Popular.

My phone was only picked up after the 6th attempt (bless my patience; are they that busy?) and then was told to hold on after stating my request, being told that someone else will help me. After being on-hold for 3minutes, I told myself just a little while more, people may be really busy.
From my house to the bus stop which is 10minutes walk, I still have yet to get anyone attending to my request!!! All I heard was shuffling of feet, people complaining that they are supposed to be off at 430pm (like that's any business of mine and it was audible for me to hear that) and more stapling of papers.
Popular @ Toa Payoh so big meh? 10minutes whoever supposed to attend to me also cannot reach the office. Putting my call on-hold can play some nice music or not, even the typical one also can lea, not letting me overheard your office politics and complaints seriously.
Luckily, subsequently my call was not picked up, if not I'll really be annoying.

Waiting, waiting, waiting. Do some people really think others have the entire time available in the world to wait?
2 days of annoyance. No one better step on my tail.
