These days the news just go on and on about the election...instead of the usual half-an-hour news allocated for both local and global events, the half-an-hour session is only about the election and an extension of fifteen minutes for the rest of the world...
It's honestly pretty interesting to listen to the some of the rallies...in one way or the other, someone from the party must make sense of certain events or topics...
My dad wanted to listen to one of the rallies but my mum insisted on the what-for attitude. Backing my dad up on listening to the rallies annoyed my mum. In the end she decided to accompany my dad and when they returned, my mum got into this sudden zeal on voting. Well, like my daddy and I told her, "Honestly, mummy, we think you've missed quite some fun for the past years."
Anyway, listening to rallies is so much more fun than "listening" to your extremely inconsiderate neighbours singing karaoke in the middle of the night (literally -- 11pm to 1am) and playing mahjong from evening till 5am the following day... ...
