If anyone spot me involving in any of the following activities, they know I'm bored, overly bored, suffocating in boredom....

1. Craving for chocolates and salad...thinking if it's really convenient to go all the way to suntec to get one of my favourite choco.

2. Holding the tv remote control and starring at whatever programme's on for an hour or more.

3. Thinking what gifts to get for the soon-to-be-celebrating-birthday person.

4. Getting unnecessary cuts and wounds from tidying places in the house that I rarely touch

5. Reading a magazine from cover-to-cover, word for word for hours...under normal circumstances, magazine's a waste of money for me cuz I finish it in at most an hour...

I know I juz gonna sound silly but whatever....I've got no one to talk to recently for whatever reasons and neither am I making any effort to talk to anyone...Anyway I went Dorothy Perkins (@PS) with a friend today and I saw the top that I bought exactly 3days ago on sales like 56% cheaper...guess what...the salesgirl said that that top was on sales only 2days back...ohh great....what I could have done with that excess money if I were to only get it later....

I Really Enjoy......

1. California Bistro Cafe @ Esplanade --- meals (great spag.Lasagna Bolognaise.salads), drinks, reading

2. Lazing @ cafes/eateries --- coffee bean, starbucks, Jalan Kayu, Anywhere nice lah

3. Getting my hands onto some fabulous books & I can juz continue reading for the rest of the day without annoying anyone, I swear

4. Being asked, "Where did you go to get your nails done? They're pretty."
Ans...96% of the time I do my own nails, seriously...if not I'll go to the one @ Plaza Singapura Level 2 for Express session...I can really fall asleep if I get the classic 2 plus hrs session...
Why don't I work in the mani-pedi thingy?
Cuz i can't do others' nails...some ended ugly while others only ok standard & I wasn't biased or have anything against anyone.

5. Seeing something I like & juz get it...means I'm in luck...

6. Catching excellent movies...ok tt rating's rather subjective

7. Best shopping area --- CityLink, Marina Sq, Suntec, Raffles Place, Bugis Junction

8. Making birthday cards or juz some nonsense with whatever material I have, esp when I'm super bored

9. Being tanned but not really to the extent of burnt though I don't really mind

10. Making people around me happy...geez...so when I'm not in the right mood they'll cheer me too

11. Annoying the hell out of some of my friends, esp those who I don't get to see often (Everyone's working...earning some vocation cash)

12. Hogging onto the phone for hours & hours & hours & hours & hours...well, kinda depends whom I'm talking to too

13. Surprising my family & friends with gifts or juz something stupid that they caught me doing (that's my fault cuz they can juz laugh their heads off as if i'm not around)

I read a note my Grandma wrote back in 1923
Grandpa kept it in his coat and he showed it once to me

I read those words just hours before my Grandma passed away

It's Juz Different

Though to many a birthday song is just the norm and common HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, but when I first heard this song I teared...It's a completely different type of brithday song that one will sing on her birthday...

I've heard many versions of birthday songs, from the traditional ones to the ones that Simpsons played, nothing touches me as much as this...One of the greatest thing that happened was that my great friend played that for me on my way to work, the morning of my birthday....

3 simple stanzas yet the blessings shone and memories surfaced...such blessings, such joys, such friendship...
